This trio was inspired by two central influences: my personal experiences over the past year and a newfound fascination with gestural movement—particularly the expressiveness of the hands.

This was my first year living away from home, my first year in a foreign country, and with that came a whirlwind of emotions—excitement, uncertainty, nostalgia. How do we physically process such a vast spectrum of feelings? I sought to explore this question in my choreographic process.

Through the language of gesture, this piece seeks to translate personal experience into movement. Each gesture connects to the last, weaving together movements that unravel the complexity of transition, adaptation, and self-discovery.
